2. Approve Your 3D Mockup (Custom Sign Only)
If you ordered the Custom Design sign, we will email you a high-resolution 3D digital mockup within 24 hours for your approval.
3. We Carve & Ship
Once approved (or immediately for standard signs), we carve your design into solid Western Red Cedar and ship it with tracked delivery.

For fully custom signs, we email you a digital 3D mockup within 24 hours of ordering. We don't carve until you say it's 100% perfect. (Note: Standard address plaques skip the mockup to ship instantly). All our signs are backed by a 1-year craftsmanship warranty starting from the date of delivery.

We pre-route invisible keyhole slots on the back of every sign so it mounts perfectly flush against your wall. We also include a foolproof paper mounting template and all necessary exterior screws and anchors.
Absolutely. For Signature and Custom signs, we email you a high-resolution 3D digital mockup. We will not carve the wood until you reply with your approval.
