1. Custom Products and Materials

All our signs are made from natural Western Red Cedar. Because wood is a natural material, variations in grain, color, and texture are expected and celebrated. These variations do not constitute a defect.

2. The Proofing Process

For signature and custom signs, we provide a 3D digital mockup for your approval before carving. Once you approve the mockup, the design goes into production and no further changes can be made.

3. Production and Shipping

We strive to produce and ship your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and do not constitute a guarantee, as shipping carriers may experience delays.

4. 1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

We stand by the quality of our work. All our products are covered by a 1-year craftsmanship warranty, which applies starting from the date the product arrives at your door (delivery date). This warranty covers structural defects and severe finishing failures, but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper installation.
