Refund Policy

1. Custom Made Items

Because every sign we create is custom-carved to your exact specifications and personalized with your information, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse or if you change your mind.

2. Cancellations

If you purchase a sign that includes a digital mockup, you may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before you approve the final mockup. Once the mockup is approved and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your sign is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at creationsboisgravure@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement at no cost to you.
